The hotel was empty and they still put us in this room. The website spoke about beautiful rooms overlooking the river… nope … one overlooking the back parking lot.
The food was horrendous, and some drunk women stole my meal before we were called to pick up from the counter! The gaming was horrible… old broke machines, nothing paying not even free spins. We were not happy about this as we checked and were excited to eat there, based on all the restaurants listed on the website. The front staff advised none of the restaurants on the website were open except to get a burger or chicken fingers.
